Last month fourteen students from eighth, ninth, tenth and eleventh grade participated in the UNESCO Center For Peace Summer Camp 2022. It took place for two weeks and our students participated in the IMUN and STEAM programs. Some of them got excellent results.
Just to mention some of those, GCSR students were recognized for their great leadership and enthusiasm during all events developed.
I would like to share the name of some of the students who got a recognition: Sara Giraldo, who received a commendation for her excellent work in the IMUN model. Also, Manuel Bustos, Marcela Bustamante, Avril Rusinque, Mariana Ortiz and Maria Alejandra Lopez received commendations for the STEAM program for their outstanding participation.
Another of our great remarkable students was Juan Miguel Flores, who was selected to be facilitator junior for the next summer camp 2023, to be held in the US.
We are greatly thankful for all your support and commitment in this event, and we hope to have you by our side in further events.
